Hello! My name is Audrianna Pollen and I’m a twenty something inspired by whole body wellbeing. I believe we are inextricably connected to our environment and our everyday choices affect not only how we feel day to day, but also how our planet thrives. My mother taught me to take care of my mind and body, but also to respect the Earth that sustains us. I love yoga, cats (and my roommate, a golden named Dubs), blueberries, sunflowers and workout clothes. Currently, I am an AFAA certified group fitness instructor and I teach mainly yoga with a few HIIT and pilates classes on the side. As a full time graduate student I don’t have time to teach as much as I’d like, but I absolutely love teaching the classes I have time for, and sharing what I love with others.
